Hammer crusher
Receipt and storage
The hammer crusher is designed for crushing various types of materials, especially wood waste, sawdust, wood chips, bark, shavings, straw, paper, and other loose or bulky raw materials. It is mainly used in the woodworking industry, in the production of pellets and briquettes, or as part of the preparation of fuel for combustion or drying.
The functional principle of the hammer crusher is based on a rotating drum fitted with freely rotating hammers that move at high speed against the input material. The material is mechanically broken down in the crushing chamber by impact and friction until it reaches the required fraction size. The output size can be regulated by an interchangeable screen with different mesh sizes.
